Hello doctor I am 21 year old boy sir I am suffering from indigestion since past 3 or 4 months .in the morning I do not get fresh .After eating food or tea my stomach have a heating irritation which is very uncomfortable it feels like my stomach is burnt .i never get fresh in the morning sometimes I go in evening.

Hi, Include plenty of fiber in your diet like raw vegetables, greens, sprouts, fruits, oats, etc. Drink 3-4 litres of water per day and walk daily for one hour. Take tab. Triphala 1-2 tab 3 times a day and take 1tsf of Isabgol husk mixed with half a glass of hot water and drink it immediately at bedtime to get easy evacuation on the next day morning. Take 2tsf of Himcocid syrup 3 times a day before food to avoid irritation in the stomach after having food.
