Please suggest. I am not able to get a good physique.Please help me for getting muscle gain.

Dear Lybrateuser, - To develop your muscles & physique you have to consume a well balanced diet with more of protein rich foods & do regular exercise - have more of fruits, vegetables including green leafy ones, whole grains, protein rich foods such as eggs, non veg, milk & milk products, beans, lentils, pulses, sprouts, nuts, soya products, tofu - regular exercise such as brisk walking, jogging, swimming, pushups, pull ups, squats, crunches, do moderate weight lifting for 15-20 min twice a week.
