I am 56 years of age. Last year in July, I had a heart issue and 2 stents were installed. I would like to know if I am permitted to do crunches and planks. I feel healthy and strong. Hence would like to move to slightly strenuous exercises than walking- which is so boring. Please advise.

Hello. You can do normal exercises but don't go for strenuous exercises, like heavy weight lifting of excess cardio.
