Hello. I am residing at ahmedabad. My issue is concerned to my knee joints. Whenever I stand-up or whenever I bend down or whenever I use my knee joints to do some movement, it makes certain sounds like sound which come when we stretch our fingers. Even maytimes, I feel some pain in my knees while walking. As it is a common problem faced by number of people. But i'm more concerned because this is not the age to face such knee joints problem. So kindly show me the path to overcome this knee issue.
