I am very very thin. Infact my face looks like a hollow skeleton. I consume a 2 banana 5 date milkshake for bf. I have 3 1/2 to 4 chapatis for lunch .I consume 100gm chicken everyday after my workout. I consume another 2 chapatis in dinner. Even after eating so much, my weight is not increasing.
