hello mam, plz give high protein diet . if she have non veg then u will give non veg items., panner,tofu, soy milk, whole pulses, milk and milk products , egg , juice with glucose , protein x powder with milk, cold coffee, shakes, mango, dark chocolates, dry fruits, roasted channa.
