Hello lybrate-user, High IgE levels are generally suggestive Of Allergic reaction of your body towards Allergens (Allergy causing substances) Bilateral Maxillary sinusitis & throat pain are common in Allergic conditions. You need not worry about throat cancer as said by your doctor it may be due to Allergic RhinoPharyngitis. You can continue the prescription given by your doctor and follow up with him for further management options.
