Best exercise for weight loss at Gym is Treadmill. 1. Fast walk at speed of 6+ kmph, then jog at speeds 7-8, run at 9-10. Minimum 40 mins daily. 2. Add 10 mins of abs exercises + 10 mins of strength exercises. This is best combination for weight loss.
