Hi lybrate-user I can understand the mental state and agony that yur heart has to bear it Its quite unfortunate to know that the apple of yur eye has to undergo sx at such tender age. Its true that hernia in pediatric age group are bilateral. And.both doesnpt manifest at same tym. Wel it would sound awkward if I ask yu to relax and do not panic. However the right thing to do is to get a usg done and consult a pediatric surgeon. The brighter part of the ailment is that sx at this stage are actualy less traumatic. The scars heal well and results are fine. The babies donot even remember the sx wen they grow up. Thanks.
