My foreskin is attached to the dorsal side of my penis and I cannot pull it down completely. Previously I had phimosis bt not I can pull back my skin. I also hav small white heads on the glans of my penis. Are these things ok or do I need to do something. Also I am having little bit of nightfall if I do not masturbate for 2 to 3 days. Is that normal?
