Hi am male 26 .I am suffering from depression, fear ,anxiety problem from 12 years. Actually problem started wen I was 11 years old n I suffered from enlargement of chest due to dat I was unable to make friends, no social life, no playing ,no friends. I was in complete depression. I went under knife wen I was pursuing my graduation n my chest got back to normal. But I was in in depression for 12 years it's really effect my today's life too .now I have completed my post graduation n working in a leading pharma company as microbiologist but am in depression. Reason .my chest was enlarged n second my elder brother use to abusive me wen I was child .he used to beat me .I was mentally disturbed .now am ok .my bro don't abusive me now .but I was in depression for 12 years .now it became my part of life. How can I overcome from this?
