My friend has sex with condom he had rashes on balls(Testicle) should he take hiv test how can we ask doctor for hiv test.

Hi lybrate-user. Getting rashes on testicles after safe sex is more suggestive of a sexually transmitted infection than HIV straightaway. HIV has lesser probability than STD in this case. I'd suggest you to see a dermatologist nearby. For HIV testing (if you want to), you can visit any Microbiology lab where they do ELISA testing. You don't need prescription for that but your consent will be taken.
