Hi, i,am 23 year old, I think my weight is not comfortable according to my age and height because my height is 5.8 ft and weight is 54 that, s way I want to increase my weight ,so what should I have to do for it, I have tried and tried much more time but could not able to increase so please give the best idea about it?

Take almonds with milk,,take bananna with milk,,take dates raisins with milk,,take high protein,,take soya Bean's daily,,take boiled potatoes with butter,,take peanut butter with bread,,take sugar with butter,,along with this u need to do regular exercise,, jogging,
