I haven't periods for last 2 months, and I have done multiple urine pregnancy tests which are negative. With no sign of pregnancy. But I feel something hard at my lower abdominal. When I push that its hurt. And also I am breastfeeding mother. Most people say that breastfeeding is a natural contraceptive. But the lower abdominal feel like round ligament pain.
