I am 53 years old from last 15 to 30 days I found little amount of blood while nasal mucus spiting through mouth I done almost all test but there is nothing to worry. I use to smoking from many years is this is the cause for blood from nasal mucus I am worried about my health I am also blood pressure patient my cholesterol level is also high please help me in brief.

sir, if you are worrying about your health then why not giving up the habit of smoking . This may be the cause for that. Long duration history of smoking make lungs weak and prone for various infection. Blood pressure and cholesterol problem are also directly related to smoking. Daily do pranayam for increasing lung efficiency. Hard clearing of throat should also be avoid Best wishes
