Hlo sir. My teeth get cavity so frequently like in only 1 month my 4 teeth become black. Blackness comes in between them. I consulted a doctor but he says nothing is there. So pls tell me how to prevent my teeth from cavities.

Brush your teeth properly, use mouthwash just before bed time and don't eat / drink anything after mouhwash.

Blackness neednot be due to cavities only Blackness could be due to stains by anaerobic bacteria due to indigestion or stomach upset. You should get scaling and polishing done by s good dentist.

Brush two times daily everyday ..use fluoridated toothpaste .. rinse your mouth after whatever you eat .. so that food deposits doesn't get stuck on teeth at all ..

You should brush twice daily after meals, avoid excessive intake of sweets, visit to a dentist every 6 months is a must.

To prevent cavitation kindly brush twice a day with proper brushing techniques to avoid accumulation of food in between. Use Sensodent mouth wash after each meal. Thank you.
