First of all you try to avoid outside food, prefer home made food only. Avoid spicy oily and junk food. Morning walk and yoga exercises such as Pawan mukt aasan and vajra aasan is beneficial for you. Hingwastaka churna 1/2 TSF twice a day with lukewarm water.
