Can you please advise if eating fruits after meals is harmful - furthermore which fruit restricted for diabetic patients please advise.

Fruits are better when taken on empty stomache. Diabetic patients should avoid sweet fruits like banana, mangoes,grapes, cheekoo etc. Other fruits can taken in moderation.
