I am 5 ft 11 inches and 83 Kg weight. Wanna reduce to 75 Kg in next two months. I am leaving a calorie deficit of at least 1200 calories per day by exercising and diet control. I am on right track? Please advise any changes I need to achieve my goal. What should be my diet for fast lunch and dinner? Shall I consume some dairy products.

Eating more sprouts (fiber, protein) helps in faster wt reduction. Also add chia seeds in your water, consume only 10 gms of fat / day, no sugary and fatty foods, but more protein and fiber rich foods. Schedule an online appointment for further help.
