I am loosing weight. I thought that I might have affected by diabetes .Today I got tested sugar test. My fasting blood sugar level is 106 and fasting urine sugar level is nil. My post lunch sugar level is 162 and post lunch urine sugar level is nil. I am also suffering from bloating. Some times I feel very much hungry. Sir, could you please suggest what might be the reason for my symptoms and what treatment or tests shall I get?

It looks, your diet may be disbalanced. Your sugar levels are still on the borderline. Right now it can be controlled without medicines. Its better to get a complete body checkup done for further advice.
