Since 2016 I have had anal fissures and this year I have done colonoscopy and the report of the biopsy came to be that of crohn's disease symptoms, such as active ulceration and inflammation in the colon. As I didn't have any bloody diarrhea or abdominal pains or cramps, I was asked to take some expensive blood tests to ascertain ASCA and P ANCA values. The results came as P-ANCA 1.2 (Greater than 1 for being detected) and ASCA IgA 3.5 (Less than 10, not detected). Still I have fissures and my stool patterns have been changed because of the drugs I took over a month such as CADIGUT and RIFAGUT along with fiber supplements. Before I was diagnosed with active fissure, I had been experiencing weight loss which I then attributed to the vigorous yoga exercises. My belief is my stool has been so bulky and huge in quantity that has caused fissures coming up. Still having these symptoms. What am I really suffering from?
