I am suffering from paresthesia. Every time I wake up from sleep or constantly sit in one position, my hands and legs become numb. After waking up from sleep, along with paresthesia, I feel extreme dizziness and lack of energy. Due to this I prolonged to sleep for a longer duration about 10-12 hrs. Does this happens because of the table fan which I use while sleeping? Am I lacking any vitamins? What is the remedy on the above problem?
