My thyroid level is normal. I don't eat much. I avoid junk foods from childhood. I have Veg mostly. But my weight has increased by 7 kgs in 6 months after I started going to CA classes and articleship. Can any one suggest me why is that happened. How can I stop this. How can I go back to my normal weight? I even stated going for a walk but no changes. Please help me doctors.

Hi lybrate-user, Increase your physical activity along with these home remedies to control your weight. 1) Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 2) Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 3) Take a tablespoon of honey daily with warm water. It is an excellent home remedy for obesity 4) Take one teaspoonful of fresh honey and mix with a half of lime juice in a glass of lukewarm water. Take several times a day at regular intervals.
