I am suffering from low stamina. I can't run even for 2 minutes. Getting tired soon. And now I am practising 3.5 km walking practise. Is that enough. Or do something else? Kindly help me.

Along with walking you should also concentrate on food. Take food rich in all the vitamins, proteins, etc. For stamina you can take Majoon falasifa and majoon arad khurma both one teaspoon each, two times daily along with milk. Both the medicines are ava liable at hamdard or any unani retailer.
