Hello all intelligent doctors of Lybrate. I am living in hostel and lunch dinner of my hostel is very oily. I want to burn my belly fats and want to loss weight what can I do. Is any retained product can you suggest me to take both time without taking lunch or meal. Is oats helpful for losing weight can I eat oats both time without easting hostel food. Please help me.

Hello, Rather to replace food or meal better to start exercise n yoga to reduce belly fat. Avoiding oily n fried things is good it just a supporting help to not get extra calorie or fat in your body. What about already you have .skipping foods or meals only give you weakness or nutritional deficiency. Retained is not that much healthy as the original one. 1 thing you can do in hostel is start taken sprouts, salads & fruits. This all give you full nutrition energetic n a very low fat n calorie.
