ASir my brother of age 1.5 years suffering from down syndrome and on diagnosis and on full body check up it was found that he had hole in his heart and doctor advised for operation what was to do in such condition is operation is safe for such a small kid what was the perfect time for operation according to you and what was the threat and if the operation is done then he will not suffer any problem related to heart or not? Plzz give me a suggestion.
