I am gaining weight since past few months even after doing exercises and having only healthy and homely food. What is the reason behind that. I am female, my age is 29, I am single, my weight is 59 kgs and height is near about 5" Please provide me suggestion that would really help me.

Healthy and homely food can also have a lot of calories. Also many a times people indulge in things like 'Digestive Biscuits' Rusks, sweets and many other things which add to the calories. Bottomline is that you got to properly measure the calories if you want to lose weight. As per your height and weight you need to be on a measured diet of 1000 calories per day.
