I walk everyday 10-15 km. Consumes fruits everyday day. I don't smoke. I don't drink. I don't take non veg. I sleep 10 PM to 6 AM. My weight is 86 kg, height 5'8" If my life is so much disciplined then why BP remains high 100-160.
