I am so weak and want to change myself. Someone told me to join gym. Is that right? Please sir/Madam recommend idea to gain muscle. Also thanks for samsung health.

Dear lybrateuser, - To develop your body & to keep fit you have to consume a well balanced diet & do regular exercise - it is not necessary to join a gym, you can also do exercises at home, do jogging, swimming, play an outdoor game, do weight bearing exercises like pushups, pull ups, squats, crunches, also can lift light dumbbells to develop muscles 2-3 times a week, do different group of muscles each day, give rest to that part for 1-2 days then again repeat - have a well balanced diet with more of protein rich foods like eggs, non veg, milk & milk products, soya products, beans, lentils, pulses, sprouts, nuts like almonds, walnuts, pista, cashews, peanuts - include a protein food in each of your meals & also have as snack in between meals when you feel hungry - also sleep well for 8-9 hrs at night as sleep is very important for proper development of the body.
