Hi, I'm 4 month 2 weeks pregnent hun mujhe starting mein 3.950thyroid tha m medicine le rhi thi phir b ye br k 9.5ho gya tha or ab third test mein ye low ho gya ha ab mera thyrod (tsh) 0.035 ho gya h iska bache pe koi side effect to nhi prega or mujhe kya khana chahiye kya nhi ye b bta dijiye please Or m pregnency m thyroid hone k bavjud ghee kha rhi hun isse kuch brna ghatna ka phrk to nhi prta h please btaye.

During pregnancy it is necessary to maintain TSH in the following manner: 1 St Trimester: 0.1 to 2.5 mU/L, 2nd Trimester: 0.2 to 3 mU/L & 3rd Trimester: 0.3 to 3.0 mU/L. TSH should be checked every 4 weeks, to see if level is within limits. Exact amount of Levothyroxine dosage is most important. Regarding food only avoid soy beans & soy containing foods. Do regular exercise. Too low TSH is also not good. Thanks.
