I am 19 years old and my height is 5.5 but I want to increase my height. Is it possible, please give some tips for exercise and diet.

Hello, For increasing height do stretching and hanging with rods exercises daily morning and evening 1hour. Take high protein diet with less fat and high calcium diet. Avoid heavy and protein diet at night. Take eggs, roasted chicken,saut�ed fish, vegetables in day time. Take milk and light food at night. Thanks
