For long and healthy hair you have to maintain a healthy life style, because hair is also a part and parcel of our system. So, if you are healthy from inside your hair will also be healthy. 1. Eat healthy protein rich diet 2. Mini. 10 - 12 glasses of water. 3. Regular exercise for 30 min. 4.7 - 8 hrs of sleep is must. 5. Regular fruits and green vegetables in diet. 6. Wash your hairs regularly at least 4 times a wk with mild herbal shampoo, like arnica. 7. Massage your hair with oil once or twice a wk. But with gentle hands. Don't keep oil for more then 4 - 5 hrs. 8. Trim your hairs after every regularly, because split ends will damage hair. You don't have to trim much. Just 1/2 inch every 2 or 3 mths.
