My child is 9 months old. His birth weight was 4 kg. Since 5 months he isn?t putting on weight. He is 7.6 kg since last 5 months. He is on breastfeed and has 5 meals a day. He crawls and stands taking support. His urine frequency is high around 15-20 times a day. He passes stool once or twice a day. I (his mother) have history of hypothyroidism, gestational diabetes.
