I am Jogging every morning 05:30 hours for the past 10 days. My average is 1 Km/1O mins. I used to Jogg for 5 km. The Problem is that I am unable to run Without stops, I used to stop for every 300 mts or 200 mts. Because I feel tired and pain in my Ribs and ankle region. And My Stamina is too low. I just want to improve my Stamina and timings and I also want to get away from the pain. So I request You to give proper Suggestions.
