I delivered baby boy on Jan. And regularly feeding my baby. My last period was on 18th March 2018. Me and my hubby had IC around first week of april. My period due is on 18th April. But still I didn't get my periods. I read breastfeeding may lead to miss periods. What could be reason in my case. Kindly advise.

Yes it is true. Breastfeeding is natural contraception. But it is not 100% proof. And if once periods has come then you should be cautious. If your periods are delayed then check for urine pregnancy test.

You are in lactational amenorrhea and it is not clear when you say you had periods. Lurig breastfeeding periods will be absent for at least 6 months. There are cases of pregnancy even in lactational period but it is too early in your case and you are not pregnant. If you have anxiety you can do a pregnancy test and confirm.
