I have acne on my cheeks only. They seem to leave marks. I am a clean eater. I do weight training almost everyday and bath immediately. But I have very high internal body heat, can the acne be the cause of heat? I have developed ulcer on my tongue just yesterday. Please help. Also suggest something for too much body heat.
