My Wife is on Krimson 35 for last 4 months due to irregular cycle and PCOS and her last pill was on 12 th of this month. Our doctor had advised to go for Fertility tests like FSH, LH,AMH etc following Day 1-4 of the cycle. I am concerned and want to know that Doesn't the contraceptive pills will effect on the Fertility tests results. Doesn't the pills effect suppress the tests results? Your valued opinion is highly solicited.

Oral contraceptive pills supress secretion of FSH and LH ,but this supression is temporary ,levels revert back to normal within 7 days of stopping the pills. If you want you can get her tests done in the next cycle, that is after 1 month pill free cycle. Tests should be done on day 1or 2 of cycle.
