Sir, I am on dosage of olanzapine, 2 tablets of 5 mg each, per day since August 2017 on advise of a psychiatrist. Since last few days I was having excess fatigue and tiredness, So I went for hiv test. It was a tridot test and result came negative (after more than 10 month of risk exposure). I went to another lab and again this test was negative. Is my hiv negative status conclusive or can olanzapine daily dose affect my hiv test result. I have read somewhere that olanzapine can affect hiv test.
