Hello, For gaining weight, increase your daily food intake. Try to eat every 2-3 hours. Have healthy and calorie -rich foods. Have rice, roti, dal / non-veg, green vegetable, salad and curd / raita at lunch and dinner. Include paneer / cheese sandwiches, dry fruits, milkshakes, dhoklas, cookies, parathas and other healthy snacks in breakfast and evening snacks. Have fruits like chickoo, mango, banana, grapes, musk-melon.
