Dear lybrateuser, - To develop your arm muscles you have to consume a well balanced diet with more of fruits, vegetables including green leafy ones, have more of protein rich foods such as eggs, non veg ( if you have), milk & milk products like cheese, yogurt, paneer, butter milk, soya products, tofu, beans, lentils, pulses, sprouts, peas, nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pista, cashews, seeds such as flax, sesame, chia - include a protein item in each of your meals along with other foods, also have as a snack like a boiled egg, yogurt or butter milk or a cheese or non veg sandwich in between meals as it will increase your protein intake which helps build muscles.
