Have very low vitamin D and increased uric acid and slightly increased thyroid. I came to know this last week. From that time I am taking medicine. What should I have to eat or drink and what I do not.

Take lot of water and fruits In Gout avoid alcohol, brinjal, cheese, spices, fish, fried things, pulses, meat, sour things Raw juice made from alfalfa carrot, beet, celery, cucumber, and parsley taken twice will be helpful Lime juice and pineapple is also very helpful.
