Hello Nitin firstly don't worry as you come under normal BMI range i.e. 59 to 83 for your height,yes I can understand about your concern with muscular structure you might be lean and thin. So focus on high protein food items like Milk products ,pulses and dryfruits along with fruits and vegetables. do regular exercise for 1 hour to improve your appetite. keep yourself stress free and relaxed. manage your healthy lifestyle. if any other queries feel free to ask me in detail.
