do stretching exercise alternate days. take high protein food like egg, paneer, tofu, soy milk, whole puses, sprouts, milk and milk products, banana shake, mango, cold coffee, dark chocolate, juice with glucose, protein x with milk. have small and frequent meals. take any sweet item after dinner.
