Dear doctor, My wife is 32 weeks pregnant now. Our doctor told us that baby is still in feet first position. What are the ways to turn baby to head first position? What are the ways for normal delivery? Also her hemoglobin was 9 and blood sugar one hour after drinking a glucose drink was 135. How to improve levels? What should be done for a healthy normal delivery? Please help us.

Since it is only 32 wks, there is still time till 38 wks for the final position of the baby. Low hb can be corrected by taking iron supplements, even iv iron infusions can help. If bld sugar levels are more than 120,2 hrs after 75 gms glucose, you have glucose intolerance which can be corrected by diet and exercise. Pelvic floor exercises in the last 2 wks of pregnancy might help for a normal delivery provided the baby, s position is head down then.
