I read weight does not directly influence resting heart rate. I am overweight but I exercise regularly. My resting heart rate seems to be 55-60 bpm. I don't feel tired or dizziness or any such problems and can climb many floors quickly. SPO2 level is 98-100%. Is this heart rate normal?

It's normal but should not fall beyond 50 bpm. You should go for some blood investigation like Blood sodium, Calcium, thyroid n blood pressure etc. Because normally heavy weighted people have heart rate at higher side. BPM 55-60 is bradycardia condition that should not be related to compensatory.

A resting heart rate is normal between 60-100 beats per minute. A resting heart rate is fast (i.e. Tachycardia) at greater than 100 beats per minute needs to be worried about. So don't panic. Just follow healthy lifestyle, eat nutritious food, avoid spicy and junk food, avoid alcohol and smoking, do regular exercise, be hydrated, have proper sleep, be stress free.
