I am a 32 year old male having problem in getting sleep. I did try to check my Blood Pressure with the help of machine at home for a couple of days and it read above 140 (Systolic) and above 90 (Diastolic) some days in the night. But the reading were normal were normal when checked during day times. Does this have any relation with my sleeping problem.

Not compulsory but sometimes high blood pressure may disturb your sleep due to headache, bodyache, uneasiness etc. 140/90 is not going to disturb your sleep. There may be other reason which may be disturbing your sleep eg anxiety, depression, infection, hyperacidity etc.If you want you may take low dose of antihypertensive before sleep to check it out.
