I am 21 right now. It?s been nearly 3 Years working out. And nearly more than 1 Year with a proper diet & training but didn?t gain muscle accordingly! Someone suggested to get my testosterone level checked it came out to be 238 ng/dl or 2.38 ng/ml which is drastically low for a 21y/o male. Please help me with the best possible way. I?m a little disturbed & depressed. Thanks Waiting for a positive response.

Causes of low testosterone levels in male are: Any external trauma, microbial infection, chronic kidney disease, chronic liver disease, type 2 diabetes, obesity, overdose of steroids, chronic alcoholism, radiation etc. Avoid to take more spicy, and junk foods. Also avoid soft drinks. It's better to stop sea salt. Can take rock salt is better. Take URAD (black gram) more in your diet.
