Dear Sir, I am 60 years old and practically No Problem at all. Nature of my stomach is acidic, so normally whenever I eat spicy food or oily food, I will have either loose motions or bad throat or both. Many times if I take either 1-2 tablets of rantac or Zentec thrice a day for two three days, I will get O.K. Please advise me some home recipe/Ayurvedic Treatment to overcome this problem.
