I am 25 year make and I have been suffering from sinusitis which creates breathing problems for 2-3 years. I have not gone for any treatment. My breathing is very shallow has it is creating discomfort in my life. Sometime I take otrivin nasal spray for short time relief but I want to know if any other medicine is available which do not cause any side effects and addiction? I am very much allergic to dust, pollen and deodorants. Please suggest me the treatments and medicine for this sinusitis problem.
