I had twp stye from last 2 yr. I did operation once but was not satisfied with the results. It did not go. 2nd time I tried a different hospital. It worked and operation was successful. But doctor said one of my stye is rock type it will go slowly. Even after 4 weeks it is there. What should I do? Which cream to apply so day it can be soft and the small bump like thing disappear.

Dear Madam, this sounds like what is called a "chalazion" These are particularly long standing boils which do not cause any pain, but maybe cosmetically a blemish. They occur because the sweat producing gland on the eyelids get blocked. One should be aware that removing them from one area does not mean it won't happen again. Also, depending on what stage it is, sometimes it may respond to medical treatment as well. Please show an eye doctor.
